I had a busy one ... sorted out Bethany at school ... then had to nip into town with Bob to get weighed and am glad to say I have lost 7lbs in 2 weeks so well chuffed then had to rush back get bob ready for pre school and then did housework pick up kids and pick up Russ phew ... I hate days like that when you are in and out of the flaming house

oh forgot about that been on grrr.Well done for loseing weight.So wish i could lose some.And i dont really eat that much to.Not done much today kaden was at preschool so i just chilled.He there tomorrow so am going to get all the rooms done.
