yea i hav brough one but with kids at mo dont get time loli walk everyware.cutting down on food now sncking stuff and eating wot kids leave iv not looked in diet section yet

Am not dieting hun, but like you said am not eatin any junk and when l do feel hungry am just eating fruit. My routine is quite boring, but in the past it has worked. Good luck hun!

umer says am fine the way l am, but hey nobody know their body better than themself.
umer did say he would buy me the wii fit but l said no. l work as acare assistant and trust me physiclal it is alot so l said no point in spending money on that as who knows maybe l'll use it for the first couplof months and after that may stop, where work l'm aways going to.

Well ... I apparently I am two stone over weight for my height! I will be happy to lose a stone ... size 14 clothes ... I am tight 16 ... and drop a bra size!

I reckon if we stick to our deits after 2 month we should be fine.

I want to go back to size 12 and l think my wieght was 11 stone or 10 and a half.

We'll get there .
