i am already dreading

having to lose weight once is here.
i think i will have alot to lose, when i was ttc with emily i put on a stone, i put on hardly any weight while preg and lost all my weight right away but still had the stone i put on b4 gettin pg.
i just feel like i am gonna be on a diet foreva (

i lost all my weight wen i was preg with both mine so once i had i was at a great weight and figure but now ive put it all bac on and cant seem to get it off. thats both time thats happened i thnk the only time i can loose weight is wen im pg which is quite scary xx

l know how you feel hun. My is 5 months and l feel soo fat. HUbby is always telling me am being stupid and being all positive but hey nobody know their body better than yourself.
I've put on one stone so trying to loose it but easier said than done.
Yesterday l started my diet. Am trying to be healthy, no snacks or junk and will try and be active but what with the weather being horrible most days limits me from going out and having nice long walks.
Neway tomorrw after work will go out with Daniyah. Fingers crossed but hey be strong.

Wish l was 9 stone.
All the girls at work said l look fine, l fit into my old clothes but sometimes its just down to how you feel.
Plus with me being 5ft 8 l can get away with aextra pound here and there but to me that still isnt the point.

im not 9st now grrr xx

Thats true. Clothes size is very important to me.

me as well ... I am a TIGHT 16 and I refuse to buy 18 .. so I am dieting I started 2 days ago I want to lose 2 stone x

Think we're all in the same boat. We're refusing to buy clothes the next size. As long as we are determined then the weight will fall off.

i was quite pleased today, i had bought a pair of jogging pants for after born (size 14 ) and i was so and wet that i thought i would try them now and they fit fine ( under my huge bump of course ) am really pleased cos with tom i went from a small 12 to a 16 in trousers and so far i have stayed about the same.xx
