Ohh l think l know what you mean. Hey thats handy for people who are signed up to weight watchers.
Dont think that will work for me as you know l'm not following weight watches.
Been good all this week, and today Umer was too lazy to cook so we orederd a take away. I was firm, said l was gonna have my soup and bread and then Umer starts giving me me emotional blackmail, 'if you dont have the take away with me then l wont eat and l'll go work ona empty stomach'...so l had a small meat lasagne. Hope it doenst effect my overall weight. Mind you though will weigh myself in 3 weeks, dont think 1 lasagne will make any differece. Fingers crossed.

... yeah you would need the food points book BUT my friend gave me an old one of hers ... and you can get them cheap on ebay .. I have joined anything ... but my friend worked out the points that I can have which is 20 .. so just doing it like that and weighing every 2 weeks myself! xx

That sounds the best way. As long as you keep at it am confident you'll notice the difference.
I dont know why but l rather stick to what l'm doing. I remember back when l was about 16 l tried it and it didnt work. Maybe kuz l only stuck at it for couple of weeks which isnt long enough.
I think am gonna stick to ghing myself once a month. Knowing my luck my weight will still be the same or who knows may gain some, if that be's the case l'll start attacking the Boots machie with my hand bag till security escorts me off the premises .

... I am dreading it but excited if you know what I mean when I go next weds to weight myself ... I will be disappointed I think if I havent lost any! x

Know the feeling hun. I'll weigh myself an all, will do what you're doing. Will check weight after 2 weeks.
Near the time will feel excited and anxious, as you said if l gain it will be very upset and disappointed whereas if l have lost some will start swinging from the chandeliers...
