| i have in the past but am generally ok now, having had a panic attack since i got preg this time, my last bad one was 3 days b4 i m/c in march so i think it was maybe hormone related too.xxx | |

| I am against taken medication. I know in some cases it cant be avoided, but l dont want to end up being reliant on things like that. At the mo l just tke paracetamol or nurofen in the first couple of days when am on my period. | |

| I know .. I try not too and I am gonna go to the drs to get off the citalophram ... i never hardly take pain killers unless really bad x | |

| i dont like taking medication but ive not mentioned before but ive had two breakdowns one when i was 6 months pregnant with alicia so just something i have to do not that im happy about it xx | |

| i tooked medication for my panic attacks - chlomipramin or something like that. i took it for 6months at least - i woul dhave done anything to feel better and it worked eventually, well wot i mean is it made me feel well enough to then work thru what was causing the problems. i would take meds again if the need arose.xx | |
