major problem with spots and dandruff!!!!

i have tryed everything,sudo cream,tcp,cleansing face,geraline,steam face,just using water n loads more but i still suffer wiv spots!!! i dont eat a lot of fatty foods i 2 ltrs of water a day,,also i never used to suffer wiv dandruff n now i do?? i have tryed head n sholders,putting bear in my hair,egg white,but nothing is working i am not doing nothing different to waht i normally did,it just came on,helllp! xx
