oh my god im pants at cakes and by pant i mena totally rubbish lol.. but i do buy the little packet mizes to make with the kids we try to bake at least once a month and they love to do it

We are obsessed with my flap jacks lol

I have adapted a recipe to our taste Smile

I make this on my own as its soooooooo damn quick and I make it about 3 times a week the kids and Russ have it in pack up for school.

I occasionally make banana bread which is another family favourite and also fairy cakes ... the kids join in for both ... although bob does get bored easily Smile
