have u or do u suffer any form of this support and advice given here

I suffer from this and bi-polor

No..if ever l fee low l just try my best to push it out of my mind and occupy myself h other things.
mind u though some days are better than others.

yes i have suffered with pnd since i returned to work nearly qa year ago. Has got quite bad in last few weeks and i am on medication as well.

depression is very hard many of us suffer mildly but some do suffer severe cases so thank you

I have suffered from this for i don't know how long. Mine started after my oldest boy was diagnosed with asevere global development delay and that he might never chase up totally to where the rest of his yr group are up to. then after my next boy i got low again as i had appointment glore with him on top of this, and loads of other things getting on top of all of this as well with grandparents dying, father dying and step dad dying all in the space of ten yrs. I am only starting to fel a bit more human now that i talk a lot more about how i am feeling at the coffee morning where i go every thursday. Its what said in the room stays in the room ( no gossiping about it after)

aww bless ya babe you have had so much to deal with over the years but u have done so well good for you depression isnt nice to suffer atall sounds great where u go on a thursday i agrree whats said in a room or someones house should stay there xx
